Trainee - Subledger Accountant (m/f/d)The Accounting & Controlling Regional HUB is an accounting, closing and reporting competence centre, covering most companies of Siemens Healthineers in Europe. It ensures the correctness of the Financial Statements of over 20 Legal Entities in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.Do you want to work in a Healthineers environment?As part of SHS AC Hub you will be responsible for end-to-end subledger accounting activities for the countries under your responsibility. With responsibilities comprising the bellow activities, among many others...

• Perform general accounting activities and sub-ledger accounting activities;
• Perform analysis of accounting reports, financial statements;
• Perform posting of 3rd party Invoices;
• Perform account Reconciliation (GL, Banks, Vendors, Customers);
• Perform posting cash & bank transactions;
• Perform Cash allocation to customer accounts;
• Perform quality checks and provide answers on accounting matters;
• Support the auditing processes;
• Support accounting related projects;

Requisites:

• English mandatory, one other European language will be a plus;
• University degree in accounting / economics will be a plus, but experience based on knowledge of accounting processes will be equally valued;
• MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Previous experience (even if small) in SAP System will be a plus;
• People Oriented;
• Team player, analytical & deadline orientation;
• Good organization skills;
• Positive attitude and dynamic.
