Business Excellence Executive - Finance

Job Description

Siemens Financial Services is a captive financing company that is a subsidiary of Siemens AG. Our US business, Siemens Financial Services, Inc. (SFS, Inc.) offers a highly diverse set of financing products and solutions including equipment leasing, corporate lending, real estate finance and project finance. We partner with Siemen’s customers and customers who operate in the Siemens domains. We have a sizeable balance sheet and generate over $2.5B in new business per annum.

We are looking for a Business Excellence Executive to work alongside with our business and technology teams. You will partner together with business and leadership teams to develop an agenda and execute on the deliverables to drive efficiencies through data utilization, workflow, and process automation.

Responsibilities:

• Drives alignment on strategy, guidelines and procedures related to Business Excellence for the PS AM Siemens Financial services, Inc.
• Lead in the development and implementation of a “best-in-class" continuous improvement Business Excellence strategy.
• Work with key operations stakeholders to develop long and short-long term strategies incorporating LEAN, Agile, and other futuristic technology practices to build a continuous improvement environment/culture to support an ongoing program of change.
• Analyzes, develops, implements, and adapts Business Excellence proof of concepts, business cases, guidelines and procedures.
• Defines and monitors appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and functions.
• Sets up, coordinates, and ensures implementation of comprehensive business improvement programs in line with overall business excellence strategy and targets.

Qualifications:

• 8 + years working experience in agile transformation including at least 5 years of managerial experience (people and/or projects)
• Strong preference towards candidates with consultancy and banking experience.
• Bachelor or equivalent international degree in IT / Computer Science or an adjacent field.
• Strong desire and drive to develop into future executive roles. Based on the candidate this position can be part of succession planning
• Drive adoption of modern digital tools (robotics, workflow Tableau)
• Extensive experience with data models as well as a good understanding of enterprise data landscapes and architecture building blocks
• Experienced in a variety of CPI tools, Data Mining, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience in implementing end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Strong experience in software development with agile working models.
• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
• Strong agile leadership and project management expertise in a complex global organization.
