Manager – Deal Advisory & Strategy Practice Operations – Special Projects

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Deal Advisory & Strategy Practice Operations - Special Projects to join our Deal Advisory and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support Deal Advisory and Strategy leadership team with day-to-day operational activities
• Collaborate with DAS, Advisory and firmwide business and operations leaders on practice-wide strategic initiatives, special projects or programs
• Develop process improvement plans; take a lead role in execution and change management
• Prepare presentations and materials for internal meetings for senior leadership and ad hoc analysis to support decision making
• Manage complex projects or tasks from start to completion and track progress

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of recent client services delivery or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with all levels of staff; ability to execute on deliverables and strong project management skills to see projects from start to completion
• Strong executive presence, change management skills and ability to influence decisions and persuade internal stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
