PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

With EHS Regulatory Documentation on Demand (ERD), 3E delivers a highly automated authoring service for Safety Datasheets and other services for product compliances for customers using SAP EHS-PSS, SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance or stand-alone portal application. The delivery of compliance requirements into SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Product Compliance and the integration of ERD into SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Product Compliance drives the strategic partnership with SAP for a joint cloud offering on Product Compliance. We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated SAP EHS Administrator / Consultant to strengthen the operations team.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an SAP EHS Administrator / Consultant, you will be working in our operations team ensuring business continuity and stability of our system environment. If your passion is running SAP ERP systems, you measure your success with that of your customers, then we have the right place for you.

• You work in an agile scrum team and you identify yourself as team player
• You like to work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer needs
• Foster technical excellence and best practices
• Installation of ABAP-AddOn package on regular basis
• Configure Transport Management system landscape
• Create / maintain system users according to our product standard
• Setup and maintain SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring
• Setup, maintain and document Information Lifecycle (archiving of DMS documents, IDocs, Change Documents, Workflows, etc.)
• Perform performance analysis of the ERP systems and connected servers
• First and Second Level support for EHS and ERD
• Maintenance of ALE distribution and implement further ALE scenarios (EHS component)
• Configuration support of SAP Process Integration Engine (SAP PI)
• Onboard new customers including assisting on system integration
• Configure and maintain cross-cloud connections between different applications (AWS, SAP BTP)
• Work with hosting provider on setup / changes of the system landscape

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Information Management or Software Engineering or proven work on this job
• Knowledge how to run and configure SAP ERP and EHS systems
• Knowledge of installing and configuring SAP AddOns
• Administration and configuration of SAP EHS
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Process Integration engine (SAP PI) is a plus
• Good skills in English written and spoken
• Proven delivery and quality focus

LOCATION: Markdorf, Germany (possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week)
