The MAS Implementation Data Conversion Specialist develops and maintain effective verbal and written communications and relationships with clients and ADP associates to contribute to a successful overall client experience. Utilize a combination of product knowledge, HR knowledge, file management, and project management skills to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client. Data Service Specialist proactively contact clients during the implementation process to gather data required for conversion and fully utilize standardized tools and technology to support "One ADP" workforce management solution delivery.

• Work in a virtual team and act as a liaison between Implementation, new clients, U.S. ADP and India ADP to ensure the successful data conversion of client data to ADP.
• Ensure a coordinated approach to the data conversion process between regional Implementation Specialists, Sales and Management across multiple workforce solutions.
• Coordinate the electronic delivery of the data to ADP India and facilitate its return, accuracy and delivery to Implementation Specialists
• Acts as a liaison to ensure the successful conversion of client data to ADP.
• Provide DSC project guidance for all US ADP teams and/or client during the data conversion process.
• Aptitude to review converted data from ADP DSC team in India against mapping request to ensure accuracy and deliver data to US regional Implementation Specialists.
• Work with all applicable ADP project teams to ensure the accuracy and overall effectiveness of the data conversion.
• Monitor assigned project tasks to ensure adherence to agreed schedules. Maintain a project queue to track assigned clients and demonstrate the ability to balance priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Continually evaluate conversion tools to ensure accuracy with any recent legacy system changes in fields

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
• At least 6 months to 1 year KPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience.
• Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Preferably with experience in using MS Office applications
• Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
• Basic project management skills required, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
• S. payroll required, accounting, programming logic knowledge is a plus
