In April 2021 we established the first regional HR Service Hub of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Budapest. Within this framework we are setting up by January 2023 a Country HR Service for Turkey, based in Bursa. For this great opportunity we are looking for an experienced and service-minded Manager with good People management skills. Join in and feel the difference.

Job Description

• Ensure and increase customer satisfaction as first point of contact.
• Support associates who do not have system access in managing their requests related to HR administration topics while complying service level agreements, statutory laws and operational policy.
• Support the front office in managing associates’ requests via email or telephone.
• Forward complex questions to the HR Service team responsible for the topic.
• Record required information in the Shared Service Framework and process system entries in SAP-HR on time.
• Manage official documents from employees (e.g. printing and sending documents/certificates, handing in hard copies locally, getting signatures, archiving files digitally).
• Share knowledge and feedback from customers with HR service specialists to achieve continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant departments
• Good command of English both written and spoken
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Listening different perspectives and customer orientation
