This is a role within Fanatics Betting & Gaming division and can be located anywhere within the US. In this role, you will provide recruitment support for the Tech Organization reporting to the Head of Talent. Our Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for professional and managerial level positions with the Tech Organization. Partner with the team on pro-active recruitment efforts to create pipeline of talent for Fanatics Betting & Gaming at all levels. Responsibilities - Manage full search for mid-senior professional & managerial level positions - Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications - Develop recruitment strategy - Source, assess, select, and manage offer process - Utilize automated selection tools and determine appropriate tools for all parts of the business - Partner with team on pro-active recruitment efforts to create pipeline of talent for Fanatics Betting & Gaming at all levels - Research - develop candidates using outside research & create in-house research capability - Networking - pursue & develop relationships with potential candidates and key industry executives - Establish relationships with area colleges and attend appropriate events - Conduct exploratory interviews on a regular basis and develop system to ensure follow up - Develop and maintain future contact files for all areas - Support team recruitment efforts - Partner with management on executive level search - Manage job postings and advertisements - Establish key recruiting metrics - Manage and support internal posting and referral processes Skills & requirements: - 6 + years experience of full life cycle recruitment experience within the engineering skillset required - Experience in Betting & Gaming a plus - Experience working within a Startup or a highly ambiguous fast paced work environment required - Must be able to independently manage priorities & multi-task - Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills - Systems - intermediate skills in G-Suite including Google Docs and Google Meet a must - Demonstrated experience with recruiting tools and systems such as Lever or another ATS system required - Internet savvy with experience in recruiting using Internet sources Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don’t fall victim to fraud.
