Job Description

• Be part of our team and lead an Agile Release Train (ART) with several cross-functional scrum teams in the OneCRM program.
• Within our team you take responsibility for optimization of the ARTs value stream by holding retrospectives, driving continuous improvement through improve and adapt events, carrying out and preparing the PI planning events and defining the framework for tracking the execution of features and enablers during the PI.
• You act as a coach for scrum masters, product owners, teams and stakeholders towards agility (according to SAFe framework).
• You promote and support the active development of the cross functional teams and foster cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Furthermore, you coordinate team and program objectives, promote an open, collaborative working atmosphere, and create visibility of product roadmap and progress of the overall project.
• Last but not least, you support the program management in the organization and control of the overall program (planning, reporting, elimination of impediments, further development of scaled agile framework).

Qualifications

• Education: completed studies or equivalent experience
• Personality: solution-oriented team player with agile mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, assertiveness - even in virtual, international teams, high comprehension and high resilience as well as confident in handling of customers/stakeholders/management
• Working Practice: independent, goal-oriented, structured and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience and Knowledge: experience in leading several agile teams in scaled agile framework, experience as a scrum master or product owner, confident in dealing with agile methods, experience in the IT development, knowledge in Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Qualifications: certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and SAFe Program Consultant training or willingness to acquire it at short notice
• Enthusiasm: You enjoy working with people and developing new solutions together
• Languages: very good English (written and spoken), German is a plus
