This exciting role offers opportunity to:

  • To support Eaton Global Non ferrous and Non-metal project development at China supplier site.
  • Conduct supplier site assessment to complete an in-depth evaluation of supplier’s business and management systems.
  • Supplier CQI audit and Production Quality Action Review to validate supplier manufacturing process capability.
  • Following Eaton Standard Sourcing Process to develop NPD or Resourcing projects at supplier site.
  • Engaged in supplier selection and qualification, Sourcing Council with purchasing and engineering team to review business award possibility to supplier.
  • Key supplier risk identifying and mitigation plan following up.
  • Participate in Design Specification Feasibility Review with Supplier and Engineer team.
  • Work with Cross Function team on prototype qualification, Safe Launch Control Plan focus to assure supplier deliveries meet Eaton design requirements.
  • Lead the process of supplier APQP&PPAP and QSL workbook.
  • Provide on-site support on supplier tooling & fixture validation, capacity review and improvement, measurement system correlation analysis, production build and shipment monitoring.
  • Drives continuous improvement activities at strategic supplier site using Lean, Six Sigma and VA/VE to achieve the key performance indicators of DPPM, PPAP 1st right rate and Cost saving
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Above.
  • 5 years minimum as SDE or SQE role. Preferred with Automotive or eMobility experience.
  • Be familiar with mutiple commodities process like Non ferrous forging, extrusion; Rubber molding. electrical and electronics.
  • Good communication skill; Sense of team work
