Consumer Marketing Manager

Your Role:

• Defines the Marketing Strategy for the brand in the Swiss market
• Builds, owns and drives the data driven 360° consumer marketing plan across all media channels, including virtual sales
• Leads and orchestrates paid, owned and earned media activities, giving clear guidelines and objectives as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Launch targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness, create brand/product demand, enable sales and glean market intelligence
• Defines and drives the execution of the CRM strategy, including email marketing
• Leads commercial planning for maccosmetics.ch including their communication via paid media and e-mail marketing
• Ensuring digital experience, incl. Social Media, Online and Retail Experience are cohesive and compelling
• P&L Management, in particular Advertisement &Promo lines, with intent to maximize effective and efficient consumer-facing spend, monitoring and ensuring the best ROI and ROAS

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree with a major in Marketing or Marketing-Communications
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field with a focus on consumer centric activations
• Possess knowledge and passion for beauty industry or other FMCG
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and standing out as a successful collaborator
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong passion for intelligent creative solutions Hands on attitude as well as excellent communication skills which support interaction at all levels of the organization
• Open minded and dependable team player with the ability to work responsibly and independently
• Excellent written and spoken fluency of the English and German language are required, other language skills are a plus
