Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “ Business Development Manager ” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:

  • Develop and grow accessories sales and turnover in the assigned region(s);
  • Support, train and guide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and turnover target;
  • Perform sales planning, forecasting and stock planning;
  • Ensure effective implementation of product promotions across all channels;
  • Product Listing Activities – Dealers, Key-users, achievement of targeted goals;
  • Product Launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals;
  • Identify and develop key users, key project customers;
  • Network handling, development & expansion - regular market visits;
  • Collaboration with local and central retail marketing.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in sales and field experience in Industrial sectors;
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to accept challenges;
  • Sales knowledge, communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Market knowledge and information;
  • Experienced in dealer handling;
  • Extensive road-travelling (driving license is a must);
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic;
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team.
