Job Description
- Download warranty & debit information from customer portals and integrate into Bosch internal tracking files.
- Review and approve WorkON’s for customer warranty debits.
- Coordinate with divisional/executive office team members to clarify/obtain missing claim information related to warranty debits received by Bosch from customers.
- Maintain and update master Warranty File for existing/new customers
- Support internal sales and controlling for clearing of debits for creating of WorkON’s.
- Provide monthly reports on Warranty Performance for customers under the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in electrical, electronic or automotive engineering
- 2+ years work experience in automotive related industry
- Data analytics experience (usage of data tools)
- Experience with customer relationship management and negotiation skills
- Problem ownership & resolution- and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- English advanced
