Eaton’s Industrial Sector is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Remote work available.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, the Digital Marketing Manager is a member of the Corporate marketing communications team that will partner with key stakeholders across Eaton's Industrial Sector to develop and execute global digital marketing strategies. The role is a key partner for the Industrial Sector marketing communication teams and a valued business partner across the enterprise. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across Industrial Sector and Enterprise marketing, sales, IT and other functional areas to gather requirements based on business needs, consult on best practices, and execute final deliverables using Eaton’s digital marketing processes and tools. Projects include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, establishing criteria and best practices for digital marketing campaigns, supporting digital marketing tool training and adoption, analyzing Industrial Sector and related business website effectiveness, managing web-content, and developing interactive sales tools.

In this role you will:

  • Supports public and authenticated website capabilities planning by serving as a partner to the business unit’s marketing communications, sales, and support functions by helping them to develop requirements and deploy customer-oriented online tools and solutions.
  • Supports business marketing communications teams on digital marketing campaign development, management and execution.
  • Maintains website product, marketing, service and support content, and identifies search engine and user experience optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, and support functions to deliver marketing contact collection, engagement and lead routing programs.
  • Plays a key role in the development and support of digital marketing components of trade shows, Eaton events and technology days.
  • Educates extended team on digital marketing and email marketing best practices. Trains on tools when required. Maintains training information on authoring guideline library to align with new digital capability releases.
  • Helps establish, track and report on standard campaign metrics to drive culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serves as a power user of our marketing automation platform, web content management platform, and other essential digital tools.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 6+ years of digital marketing, marketing operations, digital tools and processes
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of one of the following locations; Beachwood OH, Southfield MI, Raleigh NC, Menomonee Falls WI, or Moon Twp PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications from an accredited institution
  • Familiarity in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other website development coding
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing practices
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools (Eloqua preferred), user experience, usability and functionality
  • Expertise with website CMS tools (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
  • Expertise with evaluating campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other similar tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
