Our distribution is intentionally selective with ~80 lab-boutiques worldwide and limited counters within a curated selection of retail partners. Our global office is based in Williamsburg, New York. We are also a part of the Estée Lauder Companies family.
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in supporting our product marketing strategy and innovation. The manager will be responsible for driving key milestones in our innovation pipeline, as we accelerate growth and adopt new tools and continue to develop our processes.
The manager will work closely with key brand functions (e.g., Product Development, Packaging Development, Education, Finance, Supply Chain, Global Marketing) to ensure we are making timely progress and that our markets are informed and educated. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, take ownership, and have a significant impact on a fast-growing brand.
This position requires analytical expertise as well as strong project management skills and a team player mindset. This position is based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, reporting to the Product Marketing Director.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
INNOVATION: help manage all aspects of new launch development, from concept initiation, to delivering on key milestones, to driving go-to-market execution
- Provide strategic input for pricing, weight claims, forecast estimates, packaging, formula, distribution, and cost of goods targets for new launches based on product architecture, historical sales performance, and competitive benchmarks. Support Director in compiling detailed and informed directions for new launch briefs and help present them to Product Development, Packaging Development, and Supply Chain teams.
- Develop product offerings overviews for new launches and programs, ensuring submissions are accurate and complete. Post offerings on internal marketing forecast system and maintain with any subsequent updates.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Product Development, and Packaging to ensure product launches are tracking on time by conducting weekly status meetings to review key innovation calendar milestones. Communicate any updates (e.g., delays, product lineup shifts, etc.) to markets.
- Create post-mortem analyses for major new launches, compiling quantitative and qualitative information and partnering with Press and International teams to capture initial market feedback, sales data, and hindsight learnings.
- Partner with Development teams, Global Marketing, and Education to ensure materials for markets (e.g., training guides, visual merchandising) are accurate and complete
GENERAL PRODUCT MARKETING
- Perform SKU and portfolio analysis on an on-going basis, monitor SKU productivity, and stay up-to-date on trends and opportunities (both within industry and outside) through competitive analysis.
- Create annual year-end product performance recaps, highlight potential white space areas for innovation and opportunities for SKU consolidation.
- Address product questions/issues from markets on distribution, sample timing, product codes, etc.
- Help to manage and facilitate meetings with partner teams, executing on relevant actionable items.
- Assist Director and broader Marketing team on other select initiatives/deliverables, including Strategy, Budget, ad hoc analysis, etc.

QualificationsQualifications and Skills:
- College degree required
- 6+ years of experience (product marketing or project management preferred)
- Excellent ability to analyze and synthesize quantitative data (e.g., running and interpreting competitive analysis, product mix of business, etc.)
- Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with an eye for formatting and presenting information in a digestible way
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to capture the unique tone of voice and visual cues / codes of the Brand
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with strong time management and able to manage multiple, complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial, with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Be a motivated self-starter, with the ability to work quickly, independently, and collaboratively with a team-player mindset
- Must be comfortable and adaptable in an entrepreneurial environment while navigating a structured, corporate atmosphere
