Job Description


The role involves the assistance of operations and digital projects and requires an individual who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and passionate about simplification for our restaurants. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure and add value to the overall business.

Experience in a McDonald's restaurant at a Department Manager or above level would be highly beneficial to this role.

What will my key accountabilities be?

  • Being an operational expert and providing support for current restaurant facing technology systems such as myRestaurant, eOPS, BrandMate etc.
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing to ensure the functionality of restaurant facing technology platforms are operating as designed.
  • Working with key stakeholders on various projects.
  • Providing recommendations or enhancements to restaurant facing technology.
  • Identifying operations knowledge gaps and finding solutions.
  • Conducting technology and operations training and facilitation.
  • Troubleshoot common user experience issues
  • Data analysis and reporting

Essential technical and behavioural skills

  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Existing knowledge and experience with McDonald’s platforms, including myRestaurant, LifeLenz TimeClock, eOPS and others
  • Confident working with and learning about new technology
  • Strong change management skills
  • Well-developed time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • A high level of personal motivation and initiative
