Boutique Booking Agency Four Tone Artists are growing the team!

We are looking for a Part-time Booking Agency All Rounder to join us in the Melbourne office. (3 days a week)

This is the perfect entry level role for someone with the right attitude plus impeccable administration and communication skills.

YOUR ROLE

Key responsibilities:

Assisting Senior Agents with day-to-day agent responsibilities, which includes but not limited to:

• Sourcing support acts
• Obtaining venue holds and following up cold enquiries
• Ticket builds: liaising with venues, ticketing companies and artist teams regarding ticketing and on sale information
• Managing sales reports
• Compiling tour announce assets
• Coordinating tour support submissions and promoter interest
• Developing relationships with managers, venues and promoters
• Attending shows and industry events outside of normal office hours as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Genuine passion for live music, in particular, Australian music. Ideally you are interested in becoming a Booking Agent.
• Recent Graduates (and those still studying) are welcome to apply.
• Superb communication skills and 100% attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and key social media platforms.
• ‘Roll up your sleeves’, flexible attitude, eager to learn.
