THE OPPORTUNITY

Kipsu’s growing team is looking to hire an analytical, driven and curious individual to be part of a dedicated, fast-moving team and play a role in defining how products are built and innovation is done. Kipsu provides a new way for businesses and guests to engage through real-time digital channels, transforming what it feels like to give and receive great service in real-time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design products and write requirements for product enhancements as we expand our solution.
  • Understand customer problems and conduct business analysis to inform development and innovation.
  • Collaborate with a motivated team of peers on requirements validation and feature testing to ensure the team is always putting out the best product possible.
  • Become an expert on our product, how it’s used by our customers, and how we can maintain our status as the "best in class" solution.
  • Play a role in product planning efforts as our company matures, adds new features, and enters into new markets.
  • Learn and apply agile product development practices as we continuously iterate on our process and techniques to grow and mature our Product team - we think of it as a "startup within a startup."

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in a technology role or working for a tech company; experience as a Product or Business Analyst a plus.
  • Attention to detail; not afraid of getting deep into the details and understanding how things work.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to collect information / feedback and drive consensus.
  • Strong communication skills; comfort with working with team members with varying communication styles.
  • Intrinsic desire to develop deep expertise in specific industry and functional domains.
  • Enthusiasm for technology products; experience with web/mobile technologies or developing software applications.
  • Software quality assurance testing experience.
  • Management Information Science or Computer Science course history; familiarity with relational databases, software development methodologies.
