Job Description
FloQast is looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. This person’s core responsibility will be to own and execute all lead nurturing and prospect database marketing campaigns from ideation and development of content to audience targeting. Your goal will be to provide prospects with a great customer experience that nurtures them through the buyer’s journey and drives measurable pipeline.
This role requires creating content for email campaigns. What You'll Do:
- Own and manage all facets of lead nurturing and email marketing including email strategy, segmentation, copy, implementation (in partnership with operations), creative (in partnership with design), and reporting
- Craft lead nurturing programs that advance prospects through the buyer’s journey, from marketing engaged to MQL and beyond
- Work with Partner, Field, and Product Marketing teams to include events, product updates and partner communication in our email strategy
- Conduct ongoing A/B tests of all aspects of the email strategy (subject lines, copy, frequency, time of day/week, etc.) and communicate the results of these tests through reporting
- Own email development across the marketing team
- Own the email communications strategy
- Proactively report on email results and provide insight and suggestions
- Be a resource for cross-functional teams on best practices for running email campaigns
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of B2B email marketing and lead nurturing experience is required
- At your core, you’re a stellar copywriter and written communicator
- Expertise building dynamic, highly-targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to distinct buyer personas (ie. ensuring each audience receives unique content)
- Clear understanding of database segmentation and audience development
- Adept at creating communication flows based on user behavior
- Keen eye for email UX and design
- Knowledge of email best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, and deliverability
- Firm understanding of privacy laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA and other email/SMS compliance regulations
- Proven track record of driving demand through email campaigns and nurture programs
Nice To Haves:
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce preferred but not required
