Business Analyst

Key Role:

Discover and analyze IT requirements for new business processes and implementations. Focus on solutions identification, risk analysis, and collaboration with IT teams. Work on providing highly innovative solution identification of complex problems. Leverage experience translating customer visions into user stories. Use data to understand business patterns and trends. Provide testing or testing support of software and business process compliance to requirements and designed software or architectures. Document process flows. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with analyzing and designing information systems and software
• 3+ years of experience with stakeholder or client management
• 3+ years of experience with developing and evaluating business needs and processes
• 1+ years of experience in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of structured analysis and design methodologies
• Ability to translate systems requirements to business needs
• Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and project members
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 110,000 to 130,000.
