At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

This business-critical position for a Senior Learning Program Manager supports the evolution and development at GoDaddy within the Care organization through program leading a range of learning initiatives that onboard new and existing employees into their role, develops the knowledge and skills they need to assist customers, and provides pathways for ongoing development opportunities for themselves as the portfolio expands. The position involves close collaboration with business leaders, and a range of support functions to ensure that the right learning programs are prioritized and built, that content and delivery is coordinated across multiple suppliers, that programs are available globally, and that learning programs land with high measurable impact. The position reports into the Care and Services team within GoDaddy Learning.

What you'll get to do...

  • Own the creation of learning curricula for global sales, support, and fulfillment teams.
  • Work closely with Care partners to ensure that programs are prioritized, built quickly, and delivered to land impact.
  • Own learning programs from initial prioritization through to delivery, including collaborating closely with the Instructional Design and Delivery teams as needed.
  • Build comprehensive implementation plans to ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of learning programs.
  • Activate learning experiences through the use of media, gamification and social learning concepts.
  • Guide the content of development programs by feeding in subject matter expertise, and by engaging with other SMEs around the company. Where needed, external SME knowledge will also be used.
  • Partner closely with People Ops leaders, HRBPs, and the Learning & Talent on scheduling and facilitation of in-person and virtual classes.
  • Measure and report program outcomes against learning and business objectives.
  • As appropriate, source and handle vendors for approved content.

Your experience should include...

The ideal candidate will have held positions with such job titles as: Manager or Sr. Manager of Management Development; Manager or Sr. Manager of Talent Development; Manager or Sr. Manager of Leadership Development. In addition, they will have:

  • Multi-year experience in a global company, preferably in a Call Center or Care environment.
  • At least six years of experience working in a Learning department of a global company.
  • At least two years of experience as a learning program manager using extensive program management tools and skills to roll out programs.
  • At least two years of experience in project management using extensive project management tools, systems, and strategies to complete projects.
  • Experience in managing large Onboarding programs domestically and internationally.
  • Experience and familiarity working on learning programs for front line leaders to Director level.
  • Experience of working closely with corporate leaders (Directors and above).
  • Experience of leading the roll-out of training programs across multiple locations.
  • Experience of identifying business impact metrics for programs, gathering data, and reporting results back to business leaders.
