About The Role & Team

We are searching for a Senior EMEA Demand Generation Manager to join our growing Marketing family. This strategic role will further drive Amplitude’s growth in EMEA by crafting strategies to create, capture and convert demand. We are looking for a highly analytical professional who understands how to structure a demand engine and loves taking challenges in an environment experiencing high growth. You will manage a team responsible for building and orchestrating content and building and executing campaigns and community programs to support regional marketing strategies and channel targets.

As a Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will:

  • Oversee a strong planning motion with Campaigns, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Corporate Communications, and Product Marketing in order to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns including, but not limited to channels such as email, organic and paid social, communities, customer advocacy and content syndication
  • Oversee building a solid influencer marketing program and work collaboratively with Product Marketing and Evangelists to run successful product and content launches through various campaign tactics.
  • Build strong alignment with the Sales Development teams and build strategies to accelerate demand conversion to opportunities.
  • Design systems and processes to drive planning and continually improve key performance metrics; build processes for data-driven decisions to optimize campaign strategies weekly.
  • Own the demand generation data analysis required to reallocate budgets and communicate ROI per channel/tactic
  • Understand how to test and integrate emerging channels in a multi-channel strategy. You and your team will plan and execute multiple demand generation campaigns simultaneously, utilizing various touchpoints.
  • Improve your targeting with a quality scoring system to target MQLs with behavior, demographic and intent data qualify scores.
  • Create content-specific nurtures to maximize campaign performance.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns (preferably 2+ years of demand generation management in a SaaS environment)
  • Have a passion for customers, with experience running lifecycle and target account initiatives at scale
  • Thrive on the ability to keep a real-time pulse on campaigns, continually interpret and apply findings to optimize performance
  • Are familiar with marketing automation tools (preferably Marketo), CRM (preferably Salesforce.com), web analytics, and business intelligence (preferably Tableau)
  • Passion and ability to work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proven track record in making data-driven decisions
