Job Description

In the eBike Systems business unit, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drive systems over the first series-produced ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions. For sustainable mobility that's fun.

• As a Software Developer you design Embedded software for eBike control units and communication modules.
• You specify, implement and verify software components and you are also responsible for the technical analysis of use cases with regard to feasibility and effort.
• Furthermore, you are actively involved in the development of the next eBike generation.
• In addition, you are responsible for the documentation and maintenance of the created software components and accompany the development from the draft to the market launch.
• Last but not least, you communicate proactively within the interdisciplinary project team and with other eBike areas in order to implement system-wide requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (bachelor's degree/diploma/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a comparable subject
• Personality: creative, open-minded, intercultural, proactive, teamplayer
• Working Practice: carefully, analytically, independently, structured and user-centric
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in the field of embedded software development as well as in-depth programming knowledge in C / C ++
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
