Accounting Professional- Healthcare Sector

Mission of function

Provides accounting guidance and support in developing, analyzing and maintaining the company's financial reporting systems in the following areas: general Accounting/Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will perform complex accounting activities such as account reconciliation and preparation of journal entries; may include tax accounting activities.
• You will be responsible for the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Closing for the Legal Entity Siemens Healthcare SARL Morocco (IFRS and Moroccan GAAP);
• You will prepare and maintain ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and Tax reports;
• You will be responsible for all General Ledger Accounts, and provide the Balance Sheet Reconciliation to the local management and to the accounting Hub;
• You will organize and coordinate the Balance Sheet Review meeting with the Internal stakeholders;
• You will supervise and coordinate the Account Payable team activities and payment run cycles;
• You are the main contact and coordinator for Tax reports and activities ( External tax consultant, DGI, Internal tax advisors...);
• You maintain and process complex entries in accordance with IFRS and Local GAAP;
• You are the main interface with external auditors : Organize, Plan and provide evidences and analyze during the Audit periods;
• You identify and resolve more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations;
• You are the main contact person with the accounting Hub.

Your qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above;
• You have SAP/Spiridon experience;
• You should demonstrate knowledge of organization's business practices and issues;
• You demonstrate and apply a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments;
• You successfully apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular area of specialization;
• You have a Strategic-Innovative Orientation;
• You are Business-Results Oriented;
• You have highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. You can build positive interactions and knows how to deal with different stakeholders and cultures. You want to be part of a team;

· You have an excellent knowledge of French, English and Arabic;

· You are flexible and can handle a multitude of tasks under time pressure;
