Without our Ops team, we’d be following the herd, not leading the pack – and that’s a place we never want to be 🐑 If you’re a superstar Ops Manager, keep reading ​​⭐ If being asked to solve the toughest problems our global super app has to offer excites you rather than scares you, keep reading 🤩 If you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty of every area in a business with more than 18 million customers, keep reading 🧠 If you want to gain unparalleled experience with a next-level product at one of the world’s fastest growing companies, for goodness’ sake, stop reading and hit the link below to apply! 🚀 What you’ll be doing • Defining the strategy for our entire KYC and client lifecycle operational process journey, taking into account the need for effective risk management and exceptional customer experience • Providing leadership for a team of operations managers aligned to each control within your area of ownership, ensuring each control and process is effectively managed and continuously improved • Leading engagement with our Product team to embed and automate processes in Revolut’s core product and financial crime product • Leading engagement with our Services team to analyse, improve and optimise processes • Leading work with our Financial Crime Compliance team to demonstrate the effectiveness of our controls • Setting, managing and developing KPIs for each of our teams to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of controls, and taking action to continuously improve KPIs and overall process performance What you'll need • At least a 2:1 degree from a top university • 5+ years experience within the KYC and client lifecycle domain (e.g. customer onboarding/CDD, screening, risk assessment, fraud detection). • Strong managerial and communication skills with a successful track record in financial crime process design and improvement, data analytics, project / change management, and strategy and business management • Experience in data analytics (SQL, visualisation, business intelligence), project management tools and techniques. • Experience building, analysing, interrogating, executing and changing complex business processes designed to solve important business problems • Hyper-logical thinking and a very strong attention to detail • Ability to build and nurture high performing teams By applying for the above position, you will confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to our Data Privacy Notice for Candidates . #LI-Remote #LI-BJ1 Apply for this job
