As Site Reliability Engineer II you'll be responsible for the operational stability and performance of critical systems and services. Part of a Global team of SREs, you'll work together to provide best-in-class services. Supporting our mission-critical platform for our customers.

Help us shape the future of the Internet

The SRE works with a focus on the support and maintenance of our dev, pre-production, and production environments. You will be familiar with design and implementation at mid to large enterprise scale. You'll have experience monitoring large-scale production environments. As well as troubleshooting Linux, Cisco, and Windows-based systems.

As a Site Reliability Engineer II, you will be responsible for:

• Deploying scalable & robust solutions in on-prem environments.
• Monitoring and the alert response of production environments.
• Looking for improvements for any platform or resourcing constraints through automation and new technologies.
• Troubleshooting and supporting customer and platform-related issues.
• Participating in on-call rotation with other members of the SRE team.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 2 years of experience troubleshooting Cisco, Linux, and Windows platforms.
• Have good scripting skills - Python / Bash.
• Have experience with monitoring tools, Nagios, Grafana, or similar
• Have experience using Automation tools such as Ansible (preferred) or similar.
• Demonstrate good network/system/software engineering skills.
• Show excellent communication skills with a proven track record of documentation.
