Key Qualifications

• - BS/BA from an accredited university, MBA preferred;
• - 5+ years experiences in high volume manufacturing industry with production management, planning, material management, project management or supply chain management background;
• - Experiences of working on NPI or with design center preferred;
• - English & Mandarin proficiency;
• - Cheerful personality, great teammate, self-motivated & result oriented;
• - Good in interpersonal skills and interaction with people;
• - Willing to work from OEM factories within China;
• - Willing to work independently and travel frequently upon request (mainly in Asia).

Description

Description Ø Work with engineering team to support NPI builds; Ø Manage NPI ramps & own sustaining production at OEMs, ensuring overall performance meets all Apple criteria Ø Review OEMs supply plan and ensure it meets weekly MPS demand. Plan and manage: - Incoming materials - Operators and human resources - FATP equipment capacity - Tooling capacity Ø Drive Apple and vendor multi-functional teams to support the production plan, including: Quality, Process Engineering, Procurement, Material Planners, and Production Planners Ø Manage repeat lines/toolings qualifications during ramp and sustaining phase. Ø Manage E&O tracking and secure destruction. Ø Manage implementation of confidentiality procedures. Ø Support Engineering and Operations teams for new Product Development Ø Call out issues not able to resolve by on-site management.
