The automotive and eBike plants of Bosch Miskolc is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition professional / Recruiter to elevate the way we acquire talents. Joining our team of 9, you will be expected to contribute towards our goal of 300+ new hires in 2022. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, planning, improving and executing the recruitment process. Last but not least, measuring the effectiveness of tools and methods to constantly improve the quality of hires. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Job Description

In this role you will:

  • Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment and selection process to ensure that the best talents get the job, including planning with Hiring Managers, job posting, identifying and engaging candidates, interviewing, making the hiring decision and offering.
  • Ensure with a proactive approach that all candidates and hiring managers have the best-in-class experience possible.
  • Be the main point of contact for the hiring manager community in the assigned areas for every recruitment related question, advising them in talent related topics and act as a true strategic TA partner.
  • Help building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Research for new platforms, tools and techniques to be able to reach the best passive candidates.
  • Maintain the tools and processes necessary to run the high level recruiting operations in a fast-growing plant.

Qualifications

To be our ideal candidate you need

  • Amazing communication skills in Hungarian and English to work in a semi-remote team and effectively collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Passionate, driven, people-first personality to be able to make things better for our organization and our employees.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (RPO, corporate/internal or agency side).
  • Great ability to find, attract and engage candidates using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, ect.).
  • Ability to build candidate pipelines and to interact with passive candidates on social media sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Github, etc.).
  • Ability to organize your work independently and to multitask.
