Job Description

• You design and implement new features in our Embedded Gateway-Firmware for our own HomeCom Easy-App and other relevant Clients.
• Together with the SW Architect you work out the system architecture including appliance and connectivity. You design and negotiate the solution concepts with our suppliers. Supported by our team in India you take care of the maintenance and series support.
• You develop and test firmware. You enable according to CI/CD in an automated way the complete system testing as well as the qualification of the appliance (functional, endurance, RED, range) as far as reasonable.
• You ensure that our own components are working flawlessly with the components of our suppliers.
• You closely cooperate with international test and development teams.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree in electrical engineering or similar
• Experience and Know-how: Professional C developer as well as professional experience of several years in IoT Connectivity
• Personality: Likes to collaborate, result-oriented, open
• Way of working: Self-driven, structured, customer-oriented, user-centered
• Passion: Use of Apps and Connectivity for easy and comfortable operation
• Language: Very good knowledge of German and English
