Job Description
Requirement is for Project Leader who needs to manage a team working on custom Integration development and maintenance of ADP NAS HCM applications suite, primarily focused on ADP Reporting Application. The team also supports Integrations like SQR / Databridge in addition to ADPR across ADP NAS HCM suite . He/she should be flexible with shifts . He /She should help create high performing highly engaged team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resource Management ensuring right talent is mapped to right request.
• Talent development and retention
• Manage a team of associates and ensure the team is meeting all KPIs.
• Impact analysis of the product in case of any objects is changed.
• Create a high performing high engaged teams
• Work with the BU partners and help deliver solutions for our clients.
• Manage escalations and work with different stakeholders to deliver appropriate solutions
