ADP is hiring a Program Specialist - User Champion I to focus on Retirement Services’ Service Technology efforts.
As a member of the RS Field Enablement Organization, you will play an integral role in the testing, deployment and change management efforts tied directly to the tools and technology used by Retirement Services’ customer facing teams. RS User Champions have full autonomy to take whatever actions they deem necessary to set front-line teams up for success.
This role requires effective communication and relationship management skills since RS User Champions serve as liaisons between and among front-line teams, Field Enablement, Product Owners (GPT), the RSLT, and other stakeholders.
