Detailed Job Description:

• Should have 8-10 years of Pega Testing Experience and should have performed Test Lead role by handling 8+ resources.
• Strong knowledge in Pega Testing concepts and proficient in all phases of Software Testing Lifecycle.
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written.
• Should have experience in working with ON-OFF coordination model.
• Experience with Implementing process improvement / transformation initiatives.
• Should be able to analyse Requirements, prepare Test Scenarios/Test Cases, Execute the Testcases, Report Defects, Defect Management, Defect Prevention (RCA) and Status Reporting.
• HealthCare (HC) domain experience is added advantage.
• Good to have Agile project experience.
• Good to have Postman Scripting, Selenium, Java experience
• Good to have Framework based on Page Object Model, BDD, Data Drive, Keyword Drive Framework based on various technology and tools.
