The Field Service Technician is responsible for delivery of premier customer service and product repair to Peloton Commercial customers. The Field Service Technician position will exercise considerable independent discretion and judgment to support and service World Class Fitness Products including; Cardio, Strength, Video and Networked systems. We are looking for someone that will be a face of the company to our customers. The role will be providing a high level of customer care and technical troubleshooting to resolve product and customer issues at customer locations.
The technician provides technical assistance to other servicing agents and end users. Install, troubleshoot, analyze and repair Precor fitness and entertainment equipment. Ensure a sound working relationship with customers in a defined territory. Utilize Computer Dispatch System for timely, detailed, accurate record keeping. Position reports to the Regional Customer Service Manager.
