Description:Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including infrastructure, critical systems and machinery, critical spares, reliability engineering, capital planning, and collaboration with production operations. Oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, installation and maintenance of production equipment, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. Ensures equipment readiness for all production programs and fabrication requirements. Familiarity with automated production equipment, robotics, digital controls and operating systems. Coordinate and oversee vendor support and training and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working with Production Operations Management and Engineering, including automated machinery manufacturers, technical services, and operating systems such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Fanuc Robotic Systems.
• Experience working with skilled trades.
• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (Maximo preferred).
• Experience with capital planning and forecasting.
Desired Skills:
• PLC Experience, Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Fanuc Robotic control systems, Fives and PAR autodrills, Gemcor riveters, Delta Sigma equipment, FLOW waterjet systems, CNC multi-axis mills, MRO Critical Spares Inventory, and PdM technologies.
