We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic team players with great customer service skills to provide technical support for clients for our Cloud Services products!

What you will do

• Use your expertise to configure, support, and troubleshoot Yardi Cloud environments
• Effectively install and configure Yardi SaaS products.
• Use your strong customer service skills to provide phone-based Level 1 & 2 environmental support for Yardi customers
• Monitor and respond to system alerts and maintain and improve documentation
• Work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with international team members and liaise with global counterparts as required
• Participating in an enterprise 24x7x365 support environment with weekend and on call work required

What you need to have

• High school diploma
• Exposure to SaaS technologies; IIS, server virtualization, SQL, PowerShell
• A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new software and troubleshoot processes quickly
• Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset and the desire to go the extra mile
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team oriented environment

What would be helpful to have

• Former IT experience and training. Experience with Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS) and SQL preferred but not essential
• Relevant IT qualifications preferred but not essential
• Proven customer service experience
