Job Description

As a finance intern, you will work in one of our many enterprise-wide exciting locations and gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. Throughout the summer, collective Learning & Development sessions, projects and speaker sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your business and financial acumen.

Additionally, you’ll receive exposure and networking opportunities with the broader Enterprise Rotational Programs, including CORE Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity and the Rotational Leadership Program. You will also be paired with a mentor to encourage individualized coaching during the early stages of your career.

We are looking for people to join our team who approach challenges with a data-driven and growth-mindset, who love collaborating with their peers and leaders to build strong products and who proactively pursue opportunities to broaden their skill sets and take risks. Our most successful interns are focused on contributing to and building an inclusive environment and thoughtfully seek feedback to propel their growth.

At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, including our CORE Finance Rotational Program, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.

What groups might I be working with as a Finance Intern?

Your responsibilities will vary based on your assigned team. Each Intern in our Finance Internship cohort will be matched with a Finance team across Comcast, NBC, and Universal. Finance Internships include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas:

• Corporate Finance
• Operational Finance
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Business Operations
• Controllership
• Reporting

What locations might I rotate through as a Finance Intern?

These types of roles are available in all Comcast and NBCUniversal businesses such as: Xfinity, Comcast Business, Spectacor, NBC News Group, Parks, Film, Peacock, NBC Sports and more!

How do I qualify?

• Graduation date must be between December 2023 and June 2023
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with major in business required, preferably finance or accounting
• US Citizen or Permanent Residency and work authorization for the U.S. required

Base Pay: $34.00

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
