Job Description
The Digital Content Executive is responsible for supporting the Consumer Marketing and CRM Manager in the implementation of the Content and CRM strategies, including but not limited to, working on influencer content briefings, managing the back and forth and maximising the usage of those across channels as well as being responsible for the creation of CRM materials through briefings to ensure strategic tactics and communications to the consumer are put in place.
This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity. The 4 Key Areas of responsibility are:
- Process: Support email implementation process, working closely with Verticurl team & Consumer Engagement Manager
- Reporting: Support in ad hoc & trigger email reporting including data collation, analysis & insight development
- Creative: Support Consumer Engagement Manager in creative briefing process for EDM content
- Media focused support:
- Support content requirements for paid media (e.g. leading video creative edits briefs to WLT) to support Media Marketing Manager
- Support process in attaining data extracts & uploading to Facebook to support Media Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities but are not limited to:
CONTENT
- Work in partnership with Consumer Engagement Manager on supporting relationship with talent agents and influencers to create compelling content that drives engagement and can be re-purposed on owned channels and / or in paid media placements
- Implement the content strategy to ensure unity and synergy.
- Content to be re-purposed / maximised as part of paid media strategy
- Manage the content calendar to visualise and maximise all content creation across touch points
- Provide support to consumer engagement manager working closely with Online to ensure owned platforms complement one another and provide for a seamless consumer journey
- Work in partnership with content creators, copywriters and creative agencies to support the development of local content
- Support the implementation of third-party content opportunities with retail partners, across ANZ
- Pro-actively seek out opportunities to drive innovation to elevate our approach to content
- Work in partnership with WLT to create materials as required
CRM
- Executes the brand's trigger CRM activity, ensuring all channel priorities are met (particularly DTC) with continuous improvements in ROI
- Participate in building the annual, bi-annual and monthly CRM campaign calendar with input from online and retail marketing teams to ensure the brand’s CRM objectives are met
- Liaise with the appropriate stakeholders to source assets and copy for emails and ensure the Adobe Campaign Specialist has everything they need
- Drive strong and accurate data capture at the POS by inspiring the team on how it can help accelerate their business
- Highlights technical and analytical requirements of flawless campaign execution; ensures they are in place for roll-out by working with Consumer Engagement Manager concerning strategic issues
- Evaluates campaigns against target KPIs and shares learnings with Brand team, Affiliate Corporate Marketing Manager/Director and Regional Consumer Engagement Manager for future references
- Use CRM analytics to build look-a-like audiences and segments for paid media
- Drive ratings and reviews within overall CRM strategy, with heroes as priority
