Job Description
The Floor Lead will act as an extension of store leadership by driving retail sales while executing the service model and the service behaviors. They will support their location and employees in conjunction with the manager to develop the talent and capabilities of the team to achieve optimal sales performance and uphold the expectation of the service model and the service behaviors. The Floor Lead is also required to deliver an efficient and effective work environment. They are required to lead by example through coaching, to ensure passion for our makeup products is delivered to every customer. Strong communication and exceptional follow through are essential to delivering excellence in execution.
Position Responsibilities
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and must have good time management skills
- Proven strong communication skills
- Build trust and rapport with customers through open-ended questions and authentic curiosity in their needs, with effective verbal interaction and validation
- Ability to serve multiple customers at peak times, without compromising their experienceo Ability to build a long-term relationship with the customer ultimately leading to retention and loyalty
- Leverage clienteling/Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to capture customer profile and utilize client “book” every day to connect with customers for outreach, replenishment and to drive sales targetso Collaborate with the Manager and Retail Partner stakeholders to lead team to deliver superior service and achieve sales targets
- Provide team with regular feedback, coaching, training, support and guidance around achievement of sales goals and service expectations
- Create a motivating, celebratory environment focused on the customer experience
Qualifications - High School or High School Equivalency
- 2-3 years retail experience; Cosmetic experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed personal sales targets while motivating/enabling others to achieve their sales targets
