Ubisoft Owlient is looking for a Game Director to join the core team of our new unannounced project. Your main objective will be to define the creative vision into actionable, fun and accessible gameplay elements, while organizing tasks and providing constant managerial support to the Game Design teams.
Within the studio, you will work under the responsibility of the Producer of the project. Together with your team of designers, you will be responsible for creating the best gameplay & narrative experience possible.
As such, your missions will be as follows:
To take this role, we are looking for someone with strong design and management experience, preferrably on mobile games.
You'll need a wide range of GD skills (balancing, progression, economy, UX ...) and a strong interest in the gaming industry, the new business models and emerging gameplays.
Thanks to your experience and leadership, you are able to to communicate your vision to all types of people (executives, production teams & external stakeholders).
English and French are required.
