About this role

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. seeks Vice President, Product Strategist in New York, NY to perform integral investment activities across mandate structuring and design to drive consistency and scalability, innovation, and platform strategy initiatives and improve the overall client experience when engaging with the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions Portfolio Management Group. Req’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: working in a client facing capacity across multi-asset investment strategy, design, and implementation with a focus on mandate structuring; building and maintaining collaborative partnerships globally with internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating business development, mandate implementation and ongoing lifecycle management; applying portfolio strategy, design and implementation views to legal documentation and trading instructions; utilizing Fund accounting and trading processes and tools including eVestment, Morningstar, Bloomberg, and SQL across mutual funds, commingled funds, and limited partnerships; performing mandate structuring, including developing transition plans to analyze a client’s current portfolio strategy; identifying and implementing process improvements to drive innovation and platform strategy initiatives and enhance the operating environment. Our hybrid work model
