Military Information Support Operations (MISO) Planner

Key Role:

Provide doctrine, operations, policy, and authority recommendations as well as integration of best practices and lessons learned to support senior leader decision making as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on MISO. Represent the OIP program in MISO and Information Operations (IO) planning efforts, providing technical expertise in development, validation, coordination, and integration of MISO with key stakeholders, as well as input for strategic and operational level plans, CONOP development, and integration with higher headquarters, components, and interagency partners. Conduct and validate research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative assessments and prepare information papers, decision papers, and briefings to inform senior leadership using industry knowledge.

You have:

• 5+ years of experience with MISO planning
• Experience creating and staffing MISO products
• Ability to travel up to 20% internationally
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Completion of Psychological Operations Qualification Course (POQC)

Nice If You Have:

• Experience at the COCOM or component level
• Experience with Military Information Support Teams (MISTs)
• Experience with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE)
• Experience with joint planning and interagency coordination
• Experience with preparing and presenting briefings at the general officer level
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Master’s degree
