Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant

It’s why we’re looking for someone like you—an organizational transformation and change consultant who can identify long term goals and create the processes needed to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to create efficiency in Navy IT training delivery. As an organizational transformation and change consultant, you’ll use your expertise to assess how alterations will impact business processes and design to develop roadmaps, integrated work schedules, and process improvement plans. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:

• Experience with IT governance, program management, and process improvement
• Knowledge of Navy IT training delivery
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• ITIL foundations

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting high-level leadership
• Knowledge of Navy policies
• Master's degree
• PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation:

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 90,000 to 110,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
