In addition, CYS also provides consulting and development services for Siemens’ business units and supports them with methods and tools related to business excellence.

For incident and vulnerability handling a precise knowledge of contained components of a software is necessary. Therefore SBOMs (Software Bill of Materials) build an important basis for evaluating if products or solutions are affected by particular vulnerabilities. The SBOM Web Application will aggregate and provide SBOMs in a large scale service to users within and outside Siemens. You will be part of the development team implementing this essential Cybersecurity SBOM service.

• Be a part of an innovative Cybersecurity service protecting vital products and infrastructure.
• Align requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implementation of the SBOM service architecture and service organization.
• Close alignment of architecture with development teams.
• Reporting to Siemens-internal service stakeholders.
• Support and advise our customers and colleagues.

Your qualifications - solid and appropriate

• University degree in computer science or a related field.
• Profound experience in cybersecurity.
• Broad knowledge and understanding of information technologies, software development, operating systems, and network administration.
• Knowledge of system architecture and architectural frameworks like TOGAF.
• Knowledge about data analysis, data modelling, data presentation and database technologies.
• Willingness to deepen your knowledge in various areas of cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in (technical) written and spoken English.
• Great interpersonal and intercultural skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
