In light of the fast growth of TR, a project (TREND) t has been built to secure the distribution capacity and build a new distribution center (DC) in Galgenen, Schwyz. We are now working on upgrading our remaining 3 DCs to SAP EWM. This requires strong coordination and project management skills in a fast paced environment as well as an open mind for change to improve processes and make use of new technology to provide the business with a best in class solution.
We are now looking for a WMS Business Process Analyst to join our TREND team based in Galgenen, Switzerland.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage sub-topics of blueprinting design sessions and coordinate solution finding with technical resources from Global It Teams
• Act as the coordinator between implementation vendor and global IS teams as needed
• Prepare test cycles from unit test to full integration testing including development of test scripts
• Support the distribution automation process with project TREND within the enterprise and reach for new state of the art technologies and cost effective solutions.
• Be fully involved in WM solution integration, manage subprojects and gain a broad overview of all integration points as well as functionality
• Create and maintain training documentation for systems operation
• Support and lead business in user Training
• Provide second level support once operational to coordinate incidents
• Lead by example, effective time management and skills of prioritizing and delegating
• Build up a trustworthy relationship with the Supply Chain community and with GIS
• Provide input to design from your SAP EWM experience and WM processes
• Take responsibility for sub projects including budget
• Experience in solving cross application problems in multi-application multi-region environments
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player and team builder
• Strong customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in the Supply Chain business processes.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP EWM experience and deep understanding of related functionality.
• Expertise in working in a Retail environment, and familiarity with order fulfillment concepts.
• Other SAP ECC SD experience is a benefit
• English spoken and written is a must
• Experience in project methodologies and leading of testing cycles and sub projects
• Experience with supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience being an Order to Cash Trusted advisor to the business.
• Collaborate with Order to Cash leadership in understanding the business problems and translate it to an appropriate solution by setting the right expectations.
• Experience in export business and bonded warehouse handling is a benefit
• Experience with integrating SAP with External WMS and 3rd Party Logistic providers is a benefit
