Contract Associate
We’re looking for contract associates (CA) who are ready to take the first steps toward a sales career at Cvent. As a CA, you will gain top notch business, sales, and customer relationship experience. This is a great opportunity to build a career at a company that’s transforming its industry.

As a CA you’ll have the chance to help us increase our market share and help grow and renew our current top tier clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner with Cvent’s Account Management team to produce and implement contracts, helping drive them to signature.
  • Assist in any final process details needed to complete a contract, including legal discussions, payment terms, and invoicing requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining relationships with the end client through the contracting process while adhering to contractual deadlines
  • Provide feedback for product and process enhancements
  • Assist with overall Customer Success

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership
  • Ability to work within a team to achieve goals
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Excel at developing relationships over the phone
  • Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
