Job Description

Compensation: £30,000 12 month full time fixed term contract | Start date: Monday 22nd August 2022 or Monday 29th August 2022. Location: Old Street, London.

Employment type: Placement student 12-month assignment. To be eligible you have just completed your second year, will be completing your full-time education after the placement and have right to work already in the UK in place.

What you'll do

• Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every experience and touch point delights, informs and supports the candidate.
• Coordinating and hosting interviews for a variety of roles across EMEA, this includes onsite interviews from our London office
• Maintain integrity of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by setting up jobs in partnership with the hiring team. You will work to become a Greenhouse expert on the team
• Ensure our interviewers have the resources they need to conduct successful interviews.
• Prioritize building diverse and inclusive hiring practices into each step of the hiring process.
• Identify, engage, and interview talent for existing roles and for future recruiting needs.
• Drive innovative programs to engage potential candidates: events, conferences, meet-ups, new sourcing tools, partnerships, brand campaigns- nothing is off the table!
• Work with other Recruiting Team members on a variety of recruiting initiatives and programs, such as referrals drives, interview training, and recruiting marketing initiatives.
• Over the course of the 12 months, we strong encourage the Placement Student to get involved in the Airtable community and our employee resource groups.
