What We Are Looking For:

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly-growing team in Los Angeles, CA. Our ideal candidate will provide white glove service in executing the day-to-day sourcing and execution of ThirdLove’s gifted campaigns with nano and micro influencers across multiple social platforms. In this role you will be on the front lines building relationships with ThirdLove gifted influencers and ensure they produce impactful content. In this Community focused role you will find true content creators to build community engagement.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference:

• Reporting to the Influencer Marketing & Community Manager, you as the Influencer Marketing Assistant will support ThirdLove’s gifted influencer program by outreaching to new influencers who meet brand criteria, building strong and long lasting relationships, gifting product, managing emails and inquiries, and ensuring all content goes live for gifted campaigns within the designated time frame.
• Stay organized to ensure that all gifted influencer partnerships are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible.
• Provide excellent customer service to all influencers while remaining polite and professional. Must be able to communicate strongly across emails, texts, video calls, and phone calls.
• Source influencers who meet all brand criteria across Instagram and TikTok for gifted opportunities.
• Outreach to potential influencers for gifted opportunities, while building strong and long lasting relationships.
• Responsible for order placement for influencers and ensuring all influencer packages arrive in a timely manner.
• Able to manage 50 - 100+ influencers per month while meeting monthly KPI goals.
• Manage all communication with influencers in a polite and professional manner. Be able to go above and beyond to answer any questions an influencer may have.
• Ensure all influencer content goes live within the designated time frame, and check that content and caption meets all of the brand requirements.
• Ensure all influencer data is stored correctly and up to date in our influencer platform, Grin.
• Analyze monthly content and share content cross-functionally with other departments.
• Track and report on monthly influencer performance within our influencer platform and share learnings with the team. Identify and evaluate influencers who would be good on-going partners based on post performance, overall engagement, sessions, etc.
• Contribute unique ideas for gifted influencer campaigns and work with the team to execute.
• Competitive research: know what's going on in the industry and what our competitors are doing; collect key learnings that can be used to strengthen ThirdLove’s influencer programs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Paid Social, and Brand Communications teams.
• Liaise with Creative and Merchandising teams.
• Help assist and contribute ideas for local influencer events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

• An ideal candidate would be passionate about ThirdLove, the fashion world, influencer marketing and social media trends.
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices, KPIs, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.)
• Must have a minimum 1 year experience in an influencer marketing and/or social media role. Previous sales, customer service, and/or e-commerce experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills (in English).
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-moving, multi-tasking start-up like environment with numerous deadlines.
• Strong ability to identify and track relevant KPIs while achieving your monthly goals, and contributing to overall team and marketing goals.
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinker and a problem-solver.
• Ability to work independently, and in group settings, as needed.
