Then the America’s Region (AMR) Business Operations Management (BOM) team is for you! We are a diverse team committed to providing first level system triage and technical support to Apple business users. In this role, you’ll support users by providing self-service access and reports to information which helps their decision-making process. Day-to-day operations include business objects (BOBJ) report triage, report development/monitoring/change management. Also, includes tracking business support interactions and status within a central ticketing database while partnering with AMR functional teams and Information System & Technology (IS&T). Individuals with BOBJ experience will be able to provide an immediate impact with supporting global business intelligence (GBI) reporting needs which includes new, ongoing reports and enhancements through various GBI tools.

  • 5+ years of working knowledge of SAP Business Objects (BOBJ) is required.
  • 3+ Years of broad knowledge in SAP MM, PP, APO, TM and WM modules is a plus.
  • Champion for continuous improvement and innovative approaches.
  • Ability to persistently follow through on simultaneously open issues from inquiry to resolution.
  • Ability to provide technical support through in-person/e-mail/virtual interactions, for troubleshooting assistance.
  • Ability to assist in the creation of detailed non-technical work instructions for business users.
  • Broad knowledge of SAP MM, PP, APO, TM and WM modules is a plus
  • Ability to quickly understand and work with multiples application, frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) along with interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships
  • Must be able to prioritize workload, while being flexible with working independently or as part of a diverse team.
  • Experience in developing and exercising cross functional influence, translate between business and technical teams
  • Ability to develop strong working partnerships with our customers and developers.
  • Must be able and available to provide after-hours support.

Description

Description Key duties with providing analytical, customer support and work load management for Apple’s business system and users in this role include: Respond to business escalations for BOBJ reporting and providing timely resolution which may include report revisions and/or higher-level escalation. Identifying and documenting business requirements and assisting in the analysis and development of systems specifications to solve user business needs.

Education & Experience

Education & Experience Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field required.
