Associate, Business Analyst

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in interviewing clients to understand their business needs, requirements gathering, documentation, analysis and design participation, test script development, and implementation facilitation and maintenance
• Gather client information to create clear, concise, and complete business and functional requirements
• Prepare business and functional requirements documentation from clients or internal documentation
• Actively participate in project phases and report status updates to the Project Manager, including feasibility, requirements, development, quality assurance (QA), implementation, and maintenance
• Work with the client throughout the project to ensure a complete understanding of the business issues and use appropriate standard KPMG Global Program Life Cycle (GPLC) process and documentation templates
• Work with the Project Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Development team, and QA team to facilitate implementation and/or project support and train the client on the use of the application

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year of experience in system implementation, International Human Resources, or international tax
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
• Demonstrated high level of capability with multi-tasking and time management
• Experience and knowledge of expatriate services and tax is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong quantitative and analytic skills are essential
