New Careers Programme Employees

If you joined Verisk as part of our New Careers programme, you will have developed through diverse and meaningful assignments over the last year. That should have given you a lot of knowledge about how we do things in Verisk.

The “New Careers II” role offers you an opportunity to specialise in a selected role, working closely with the senior staff. After this last stage the participant is a candidate for open vacancies within the different department of the organisation

At the end of this period, there will be a review by the Graduate Programme Committee and the line manager.

The review is based on the performance of the individual and completion of learning goals.

Other Employees

This role is our Entry Level category, and will allow you to develop your career on a variety of roles, all related to software development. You typically have gone through a programme for interns, graduates, or similar in another company prior joining Sequel.

-Go through the training period, complete all the learning goals, contribute to enhance the training material and be able to demonstrate your acquired knowledge while applying it to your daily job.

-Focus on a role within one of our departments, for this position would be DevOps: Increase a product team’s ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity, via a combination of automation, tools, process changes, practices, etc.

-Any other duties commensurate to the grade of the role.

  • Good at problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong work ethics and reliable.
