Senior Associate, Program Delivery

Job Description

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Delivery to join our Events & Meetings team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead program and event planning and execution for a variety of programs at KPMG Lakehouse in collaboration with the Operator, multiple internal KPMG departments, and external vendors, as well as planning non-Lakehouse programs
• Plan and execute independently or as part of a team programs and events including, managing delivery project timelines, adhering to budget approval process, engaging Operator on space management and assignment, and managing logistics that contribute to the development and delivery of a differentiated experience at KPMG Lakehouse
• Collaborate on communications and logistics with program resources, internal teams, speakers, facilitators, external vendors and Operator to better define process and help inform details
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned program owners and sponsors to ensure that program service delivery is effective to ensure successful outcomes.
• Be responsible for planning and executing events and activities required outside of KPMG Lakehouse including but not limited to researching venues, identifying vendors, negotiating contract terms, planning menus, managing budgets and on-site logistics

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in events and meeting planning
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or relevant work experience
• Strong communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgement skills to support an environment driven by client focus and teamwork; ability to positively influence and mentor junior team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Cvent is a plus
• Able to provide onsite support of aligned programs at KPMG Lakehouse
